A big thank you to Dr Sebastian Willitts and the team!I was in a slight panic when I came home... from work and realized my Pug needed assistance, I called Toorak Road Veterinary Clinic expecting them to say it’s to close to closing time (especially due to been a new patient) but I was wrong, we were welcomed to attended right away.On arrival we were welcomed by lovely staff and a very clean practice.Dr Willitts was very thorough when examining my Pug and took the time to explain to me his findings and answered all my questions giving me reassurance.Thank you guys once again, appreciate it!Will definitely be attending again!read more

I can’t recommend Toorak Road Vet enough. Referred as a sister clinic from our usual vet, Caulfield... Vet, On the most heartbreaking day saying goodbye to our cat they were the most professional, caring and thoughtful place. I’ve never had to say goodbye to a pet before and they listened, explained everything, gave us time, and were considerate in every way imaginable. The hand written note from Dr Sebastian was truly the icing on the cake. Knowing that every detail was cared for is so reassuring and compassionate. Highly recommendedread more

I would just like to give a huge thank you too Toorak Road Vet Clinic for the care of Barney and... Snoopy.Having been there many years ago, I returned with my new dogs. Barney has had ear and eye problem since returning and the care has been second to none.James, dealt with his ears beautifully and Sebastian, his eye (Barney wanted to stay with Sebastian and I had to bribe him out of the room)They were happy to have him as a drop off when there were no appointments to be had alsoErin is a wonderful Practice manage and so far I have dealt with Olivia, Laura , Sarah and two whose names I did not get.After injuring my foot, they were happy to accept my swabs being dropped offDr Adele followed these up with a phone call following an extremely busy day for them.I am so glad to be back thereThank you everyoneMandy, Barney and Snoopyread more

They have looked after 3 of my pets over the years, and they always offer such kind care of my pets... but also of me as a distressed pet mum, with her sick baby.When one of my cats passed earlier this year, they sent me a nice card with seeds to plant in honour of my cat. They are always very thoughtful and put my cats at ease, my cats are healthier and happier because of them.read more

Having recently moved to the area I googled local Vets. I chose Toorak Road Vets and am so glad I... did. I took my 17 year old cat in for her immunisations and was so pleased with the excellent care given by the lovely Vet, Fiona. She explained everything fully and was wonderful with Lexie, who is a very timid cat. The young ladies in the front office were also friendly and helpful. Thank you so much.read more

Absolutely incredible staff. The clinic has a really nice caring team, almost giving it a little... tight knit family vibe.We had a little scare for our 2 yr old Tabby Bobbie who was spiking a nice fever and having troubles eating. Vet James was so thorough, explained everything and gave me all the information I needed. He did absolutely everything possible to try to diagnose and get Bob back to his normal spunky self. There was so much care provided and made me feel like Bob was the only patient for the day. Which I’m sure is the care James provides to all patients.And of course the nurses, reception and all other staff made him so comfortable during his little day trip. I cannot recommend and thank Toorak Rd vet clinic enough for their geniune, thorough and... professional service. I am a canine behaviour consultant and trainer based in Camberwell and refer all my clients onto Toorak vet after their comprehensive assistance with my Great Dane Kaiser who became extremely violently ill as a young pup. Thankfully Kaiser is now as happy and healthy as ever and has had extremely positive vaccination and consultation appointments since with Dr Sebastion, Dr Diana, Dr Miriam and all the beautiful vet tech’s who liased with us compassionately through his life threatening health scare and provided the upmost care and sincere concern for our little boy and now spoil him with love (and treats) every visit. They have a lifelong client out of us 🐾read more

WOW! Incredible staff! called yesterday morning last minute about my dog Rosie and the wonderful... girls on the front desk did everything they could to get us in INCLUDING retrieving all of my dogs past history from our former vet. Then when we arrived the receptionist was so so lovely and welcoming (a toddler and dog in hand) she made me feel so comfortable and at ease Emily and Laura and Caitlin what wonderful girls thank you 🙌 Then the vet WOW WOW WOW comforting, understanding, knowledgeable and totally engaged in everything to do with Rosie and getting her back in shape so professional honestly one of the best experiences and I can see why there is so many 5 star reviews! Able to book an appointment at short notice for the Saturday. Attentive and knowledgeable over the... phone to ascertain the extent of the issue for my puppy. Sebastian was excellent, listened to concerns, thorough work-up and assessment of Lucy's issues. Provided sound advice and a plan based on latest evidence and experience. A follow up call 3 days later was welcomed and I felt they cared for my dog. A strong recommendation from me - dog on the mend and doing well :)read more

We have used this clinic for some years for 2 cats and always been very happy with the responsive... service and great advice and support provided. We had to say goodbye to a much loved cat today after kindly being given 24 hours by Diane to have her at home for our personal goodbyes. Could not speak highly enough of this business. After a fall our nearly 13 year old dog was limping... badly. His regular vet was “too busy”. Other nearby vets were unable to take him. Enter Di and her lovely staff at Toorak Road Vet Clinic. Warm, caring, efficient and thoughtful. They took great care of our dog, and didn’t “over service” with add-ons and extras. Extremely impressed with Diana and Troy from Toorak Rd Vet Clinic. The professionalism,... friendliness and care shown when attending to my puppy's needs was incredible. All of my questions were answered and I felt comfortable being able to watch the whole thing given it was my first experience with my puppy at the vet. So grateful to have come across Dr.Louise. She always goes above and beyond caring for my bunny... Oreo. Iv had some terrible experiences at other vet clinics where the vet has scared me and made me even more anxious about my rabbits condition. We went... to this clinic and the vet told us the dog had no problem, but still asked me to buy some medicine. The symptom continue, we had to go other clinic to find what was wrong. They provide quality vet care with clear advice and ability to undertake most procedures in house.... I like that they offer to refer onto specialists when they think a better outcome might be achieved. I've been to many other vet clinics in the area, and after a recommendation from a friend have Toorak Rd Vet Clinic a visit. They were able to sort two long term skin issues out within the first visit. I was pretty impressed.read more

We are so glad we moved to Toorak Rd Veterinary Clinic. After having a falling out with our... previous clinic. At the old clinic the receptionist was rude where our cat had an overly long ongoing issue for months and months and months. We were all super stressed.After 1 week of care at Toorak Rd Vet Clinic we could see our cats symptoms were improving.After 6 weeks of fortnightly care our cat has been cured.And now she is back to her loving, playful, energetic and curious nature.Traveling to our old clinic we had to wait for a three train crossing. Took forever.The Toorak Rd Vet Clinic is much better situated for us.5 min drive outside of rush hour traffic I can get a parking spot just outside the front door.So convenient!The reception staff is always nice and welcoming and know my cat by name before I even speak.I like their rescued office pets. The giant dog, the curious cat and the chirping bird.My vet is friendly and has a confident caring positive professional nature.My family is very happy with Toorak Rd Veterinary Clinic.Thanks to all.read more
