Veterinarian

BVSc, DVM, Professional Interest in Medicine

Fiona graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2006 and has been working as a small animal Veterinarian ever since.

Growing up on a farm she has always been surrounded by a menagerie of animals including dogs, cats, rabbits, and horses. Her father, aunt and uncle are also Veterinarians, and she feels privileged to be a part of the profession and intimately involved in the human-animal bond.

Fiona is passionate about all aspects of veterinary care but particularly enjoys internal medicine and endocrine disorders as well as ophthalmology and palliative care. She always aims to work closely with her clients in a holistic approach to achieve the best quality of life for their pet.

At home, Fiona can be found running around after her two primary school aged children and her energetic Golden Retriever, Teddy. She is happiest when she is in nature or riding her horse Henry at her family’s farm in North-Eastern Victoria.
